I've bought the Terratec Cinergy T Stick RC HD to watch TV on my computer but the software inside (TerraTec Home Cinema Basic) is not working on Windows 10. I tried to install the software Elgato THC 6.32.03 but it needs a key (the key for home cinema basic doesn't match). What can I do? Do I have to bring the pack back to the mall to buy another one working on Windows 10? Or is it possible to exchange the key for TerraTec HomeCinema Basic for an Elgato's key?

Typically, for TV tunners, there are two situations:
1. Attempt a forced installation on Windows 10 by disabling Driver Enforcement to override the policies, thus allowing the installer to complete the installation. To disable Driver Enforcement, use the following way: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
2. Return the product and choose one that's compatible with Windows 10.
Note: You can't exchange keys for two separate applications developed by different developers.
Yes, you can uninstall TerraTec Home Cinema by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features > TerraTec Home Cinema > Uninstall.
